Refund policy

  • All vouchers sold shall be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. There shall be strictly no extension on the expiry date and any unutilized purchase after the expiry date shall be forfeited.
  • Strictly no refunds or exchange on products, treatment packages and deposits from the date of purchase.
  • Once treatment has commenced, the customer is liable for full payment.
  • Customers who are pregnant, heart condition, or any other medical history are advised to consult their physicians before the start of any treatment.
  • The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or decline the customers for misuse of treatments/products.
  • Advance reservation is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. All cancellations must be received at least 6 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, or 50% of the treatment cost applies.
  • Please come to the Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In the event if client is late, you may choose to receive the treatment for the remaining time booked or an alternative treatment if available.
  • We accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.
  • We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and undertake not to divulge any of the customer's personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the customer.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
