1. General

1.1. This delivery policy ("Delivery Policy") governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through shop.zenbeauty.com.sg. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Delivery Policy.

1.2. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "shop" refer to shop.zenbeauty.com.sg. The terms "you", "your", and "customer" refer to the individual or organization placing the order.

2. Delivery Locations

2.1. ZenBeauty Online Shop currently delivers to all locations within Singapore.

3. Delivery Charges

3.1. Standard delivery within Singapore is charged at SGD 20. Free standard delivery is offered for orders over SGD 100.

3.2. Express delivery options are available at an additional charge, detailed at the checkout.

3.3. For international delivery charges, please refer to the international delivery section or contact our customer service.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.

4.2. Express delivery: 1-2 business days.

4.3. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not from the date of order.

4.4. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, and other factors may sometimes cause delays.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

5.2. You can use the tracking number on the respective courier's website to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Delivery Attempts

6.1. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the package, the courier will leave a missed-delivery note with instructions for redelivery or collection.

6.2. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional delivery fees.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

7.1. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any damages or tampering before signing the delivery receipt.

7.2. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service immediately.

8. Changes to Delivery Address

9.1. If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

This promotion is exclusively available to new customers aged 21 and above, by appointment only, and is valid solely for Singaporeans, PRs, Long Term Pass Holders, S/E/WP Pass Holders. It cannot be combined with other promotions, and Zen Beauty retains the right to modify any terms and conditions without prior notice. Additionally, promotions offered are non-refundable or exchangeable.

ZEN BEAUTY PTE. LTD. GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Zen Beauty Pte. Ltd. ("Zen Beauty") Gift Cards. By purchasing, using, or attempting to use a Gift Card, the cardholder ("Cardholder") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Gift Card Redemption:

a. The Gift Card is valid for use at the same outlet from the first visit only.

b. The Gift Card is applicable for ala carte prices only and is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

3. Outlet Restriction:

a. Subsequent visits to other Zen Beauty outlets are not eligible for Gift Card redemption.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

a. No refunds will be provided for any remaining balance on the Gift Card after a transaction.

b. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after the purchase of the Gift Card.

5. Expiry:

a. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

b. Any unused balance on the Gift Card after the expiry date will be forfeited, and the Cardholder shall have no claim or entitlement to such balance.

6. Governing Law:

a. These Terms and the use of the Gift Card shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

7. Modification of Terms:

a. Zen Beauty reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The Cardholder is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to be aware of any changes.

8. Miscellaneous:

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

b. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

By using the Zen Beauty Gift Card, the Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
